Planning Your Wedding

How far in advance should we book our wedding?

We recommend reserving your date as early as possible, especially during peak wedding season. While we occasionally have last-minute availability, most couples book 6–12 months in advance to secure their preferred date.

What is your minimum for wedding catering?

Our full-service wedding catering has a $2,000 minimum, which allows us to provide the level of food quality, staffing, and hospitality we’re known for.

If you’re planning a smaller celebration, we’re also happy to discuss drop-off catering or other options that may be a better fit.

Can we schedule a tasting?

Yes. We offer private tastings by appointment for couples who are actively planning their wedding with us.

Tastings are designed to confirm your menu selections rather than sample our entire menu, allowing us to thoughtfully prepare the dishes you’re considering for your celebration.

Tastings are offered for a fee, which may be applied toward your wedding catering when you book with us.

Can we customize our wedding menu?

Absolutely. Every wedding is unique, and every menu should be too. Whether you have a clear vision or need inspiration, we’ll work with you to create a menu that reflects your style, your guests, and your celebration.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies?

Yes. We regularly prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergy-conscious meals. We’ll work with you to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is designed to be simple and transparent. Unlike many caterers, our all-inclusive pricing includes professional service staff, setup, service equipment, and cleanup, so you won’t see separate staffing or service fees added later.

The only additional charge is sales tax, unless you choose optional upgrades such as rentals, bartending, or additional menu items.

What’s included with full-service wedding catering?

Our full-service catering includes professional setup, buffet or plated meal service, attentive service throughout your reception, replenishment of buffet items as needed, and cleanup of our catering equipment.

Your proposal will clearly outline everything included, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect.

Are plates, silverware, and serving equipment included?

For buffet service, our all-inclusive pricing includes disposable dinnerware, buffet and service equipment, and everything needed to serve your meal professionally.

If you’d prefer china, flatware, glassware, linen napkins, or upgraded place settings, we’re happy to coordinate rentals through our trusted rental partners.

Do you provide bartenders?

Yes. We provide professional, TIPS-certified bartenders for weddings and special events. While we don’t provide alcohol, we’ll happily serve beverages you’ve purchased and can also provide mixers, garnishes, ice, bar equipment, and help coordinate a seamless bar experience.

How far do you travel?

We typically travel anywhere within a two-hour drive of the Denver metro area, including many mountain venues. If your venue is farther away, we’d be happy to discuss your event and determine whether travel accommodations may be needed.

Do you provide china, flatware, glassware, linens, tables, or chairs?

Yes. We work with trusted rental partners and can coordinate everything from china, flatware, glassware, linens, tables, and chairs to specialty rentals. We’ll include everything in your proposal, making the planning process simple with a single point of contact.

What happens after we request a quote?

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll learn more about your wedding, venue, guest count, and vision. From there, we’ll prepare a personalized proposal with menu recommendations, service options, and transparent pricing tailored specifically to your celebration.

If it feels like the right fit, we’ll guide you through menu selections, answer any remaining questions, and reserve your date with a signed agreement and deposit.
